Quality Policy

Weston’s Bowden Hale Ltd intends to operate as a small, but reliable and competitive company, supplying a service to our clients. To achieve our contractual commitments, we shall operate a Quality Management System, which will be on the basis of continuous assessment of our service from commencement to completion.

All our activities will be executed to satisfy our customer’s expectations and requirements. We shall meet these expectations by performing our service to specification, in accordance with the schedule of work or instruction, to the designated time period and at the agreed price. All our activities shall be in accordance with the requirements of the Building Regulations, the relevant British Standard and the Health and Safety at Work Act and its amendments
